About Advies bij Arbeid

Advies bij Arbeid B.V. has developed a vision in its development and services in which the experience of the customer, employee, employer, insurer, casualty and other professionals in the field of men, labor and environment are all central.

The concept of experience includes many things: the situation as it was, expectations, desires, needs, signals, feelings, choices, opportunities, both as individual and as person within an organization. Every person and organization is unique, has a different background, a different degree of self-assurance, different expectations etc.

Experiential work is about empathizing with others, both in the form of an individual and as in the capacity of an organization.

Searching for possibilities of men and organization by looking around the “corners”, looking for synergy, integrity, energetic enthusiasm and intrinsic motivation and perseverance to get things done, that are what Advies bij Arbeid B.V. stands for. A pragmatic approach is key.

Our approach is based on over 15 years of experience and knowledge, constantly updated by studies such as in the Netherlands, Great Britain and the United States.

We are not satisfied with a standard question so why should we give a standard answer? Our independent services are linked to that, in other words our services are "custom ". Involvement by all parties and a joint interest approached from an independent position are thereby guaranteed.
